+Lantiq SoC ASC serial controller

+Required properties:
+- compatible : Should be "lantiq,asc"
+- reg : Address and length of the register set for the device
+- interrupts: the 3 (tx rx err) interrupt numbers. The interrupt specifier
+  depends on the interrupt-parent interrupt controller.
+
